Returns

We gladly accept your wish to return your purchase
within the below stated time limits and under the condition that
the goods are unworn - with all tags intact.

1. Returns for EU customers

2. Returns for customers from outside the EU

We accept returns under the condition that you notify us of your decision within 8 days after receiving the goods and that you send them back to us within the following 10 days. You will have to bear the return shipping costs. To do so, send an email to customercare@phylyda.com.

In certain cases we will send you further instructions as well as a prepaid airway bill to facilitate a swift return. Once the goods have been received, we will issue your refund deducting the return shipping costs which will not exceed the initial shipping costs.
